Domiciliary care is provided to individuals who still live in their own homes but require additional support with tasks, including domestic, personal care, shopping duties, companionship, etc.

If you are starting to struggle or feel you need some extra support to complete your normal daily routine, and require support whilst staying in your home. We can arrange regular home visits, which start from 15-minute visits up to 24 hours a day, to support you with a wide range of tasks

throughout the day, including:

  • Personal care needs
  • Continence needs
  • Supporting with medication
  • Assistance with mobility, including manual handling equipment
  • Domestic duties and meal preparation
  • Clinical care, including catheter stoma management and PEG feeding, please find further details of clinical care needs here.

We also work alongside other health professionals, including the District Nursing Team, Occupational therapists, Dieticians, GPs, etc.
